First night here. Stopped by for a couple of nights on way to Cookeville. Hotel is clean. Pool is clean, indoor and heated. Beds ok. Pillows are a bit hard but will work. Great location. Waffle House nearby. Actually returning here on way home from Cookeville.
Bare bones hotel, but convenient to the interstate. Several restaurants an easy walk away. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Felt like a safe area. Desk staff is helpful and friendly, especially Woo.
Room was clean, comfortable, and provided a restful night’s sleep. Bathroom was spacious but only offered a shower option. Overall, we were please with our stay.
We stay here on our way to Kentucky to visit family and we always have a great stay. The gentleman at the front desk has the best customer service skills; he was very helpful and courteous. The hotel has a pool and, which is nice. The rooms are newer and very nice.
Definitely and upgrade from a regular Red Roof. The only thing I could complain about and suggest is to expand a little and offer breakfast for guests. The government offers a loan called an "SBA 504 Loan" which can be used to add amenities such as a kitchen and breakfast area. I highly suggest this because the loan would pay for itself with the newly added alure of breakfast. Also you could only offer it to guests that have opted in and paid a small fee such as $5-$10 fee to be able to utilize breakfast option. Just a suggestion but overall great and serene/quiet place to stay. And all staff that ive met so far exude extreme hospitality which is always a plus.
My husband and our three boys regularly go on road trips and have stayed at many hotels but I am pretty sure this was our best experience yet. Danny at the front desk was very helpful and professional. She was exceptional. Pam and Cynthia were also very pleasant and kind. I was impressed by our room...very spacious with lots of amenities. The bed was comfortable and a/c worked well. Pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids. We were not originally going to stop in Bessemer but now in the future we will plan to stay here.
Definitely an upgrade to the "standard" Red Roof Inn. Check-in was excellent and room was nice. I couldn't get it warm enough though. There is a coffee maker too! I was hoping the upgraded "Plus" would at least serve some kind of breakfast though...it doesn't!
Our experience was fine..booked a room at the Baymont across the street four months in advance and when we arrived the place was closed due to renovation...no notice no email text nothing..went across the street to the Red Roof Inn walked in talked to fro t desk told the person what I wanted he took care of it and 15 minutes later we were in our King suite ...room was great ..comfortable bed nice tv microwave refrigerater..good water pressure and left for about 5 hrs on Friday came back to fresh sheets and towels ...have no complaints and definitely will stay here again..thank you
